Star Citizen Alpha 3.17.4b PTU.8278949 Patch Notes IAE Playtest

Alpha Patch 3.17.4 has been released to the PTU, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: VERSION 3.17.4-PTU.8278949.

It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER and Shader folders for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:Program FilesRoberts Space IndustriesStarCitizenPTU. The Shader folders can be found here C:Users%username%AppDataLocalStar Citizen.

Testing Focus

Tonight we will be running an Intergalactic Aerospace Expo (IAE) playtest on the PTU servers for all backers! This test will focus on the expo hall rotations and other IAE related activities with an accelerated cycle.

Playtest will start shortly after the build releases to the PTU and we are expecting to leave it up overnight pending and major issues!
The expo halls are located in New Babbage
Each Expo Hall will be active for 1 hour with a 30 minute overlap so multiple halls can run at the same time

This build contains multiple client crash fixes that were hindering the previous playtest as well as many passes on expo hall polish and bugs.

Please report any and all IAE related bugs to the Issue Council as well as any feedback or issues here on this playtest thread
